I attended today to have Mohs Surgery and I was very impressed by the whole team, the clinicians were excellent and communication was fantastic amongst the administration and clinical teams to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible.

Totally amazed by the level of care provided by the phototherapy team, after a few sessions I felt they knew me personally and they made the whole treatment course as pleasant as could be. My psoriasis has improved a lot throughout the treatment and all my questions were answered thoroughly with written information provided that I could take away to read.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Firstly, there is ample off road parking around the clinic which is very helpful. On entering the building, the receptionist was both friendly and professional, and took my details immediately. The waiting room is clean, bright and airy, with tea/coffee and water machines, and plenty of reading materials. I was not waiting for any longer than 5 minutes to be called. The Dermatologist I had the appointment with, was very kind, professional and completely involved me in the decisions relating to my treatment, which I very much appreciated. I was given excellent care, and every precaution was taken to ensure that the medication I was started on would not cause adverse effects. A follow up appointment for the next month was sent to my house within a couple of days of my appointment, which I found to be amazingly efficient. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I was blown away by how lovely everyone at the clinic was. I went in for a keloid removal and since, it has healed and not come back at all! Dr Morris was amazing and very professional and kind during my appointment. She also noticed my hair was thinning and told me to go to my GP to find out the cause. Since then I've been diagnosed with severe anaemia and have been given treatment. Without Dr Morris noticing my hair I would not have known about my anaemia and she saved me from further health complications in the future.
